Yes, parent company of MTV is suing Google. The above Public Knowledge commentary compares the case with an earlier case of MGM vs. Grokster. It appears DMCA never was entirely clear on some things and these lawsuits turn into long and painful debates over... well.. nothing, because the whole issue is just pointless, the very concept of someone being guilty for "inducement".
