Hello all creative libervisionaries.

Pascal proposed a new logo to be designed by our new creative forces working with free as in freedom creation tools.

I am all for it as, seeing what they can do (pascal, stojic...), the new logo could definitely be very awesome and attractive.

What i'd like the logo to represent is these subjects:

- Freedom
- Vision
- Free software

All of these three things should be somehow symbolized. For example, our current logo (seen up in the header) is an eye representing vision, with a freedom symbol in the middle and the only thing that the logo itself might be missing is the free software symbol. That's partly covered by putting that nice crystal Tux with that eye symbol on it's tummy.

Anyway.. the new logo some of you might design could be better in that it may effectively integrate all three things in one.

Now, this logo design can be a part of the overall art contest which would mean that all the possible new logos may be entries in that contest for voting. But it can also be independant, just for the logo.

Anyway.. i somehow believe the former would be better because if it turns out that the winner is not at the same time the author of the new logo, two people will benefit. Of course, the logo designer would be nicely rewarded (according to our abbilities) by a subdomain, e-mail and of course, as it's a logo, his work will be all over T-shirts, mugs, clocks, calendars and whatever in the new libervis cafepress store.
