Its basicly a remote GNOME desktop which you can use through a Java applet.

I've heard of something like that before although I'm not sure if it's the same site, maybe it is..

While I don't like Java I think this is a great way users new to GNU/Linux to see how does one of two major GNU/Linux desktop environments look and to an extent feel like (I can imagine this Java remote desktop being alot slower than the real one).
