Eh, i'm really happy that google, despite being mostly proprietary search company (with it's PageRank for example), is showing some support for FOSS.
But when google, or something like google, would be a complete Free Software search service with search code and indexing algorithms being completely open - that will be the real deal.
I hope that Nutch will eventually lead us to that.
And i just saw Nutch joined Apache Foundation.. hmm interesting.. :-)
If the area around my avatar is dark gray chances are you are using MS Internet Explorer, one of the few browsers that do not have full PNG-24 support. Considered trying [url=http://bro
Yes i watched that. Charles wrote a blog entry here on this: A Media Frustration
I don't have a problem with media going completely digital, but i indeed do have a problem with it becoming monopolized by Google, Googlezone or anyone for that matter.
That's if i understood the whole thing correctly. For some reason there was no sound when i watched that flash so i got only pictures appearing.. :-D

Well the sound included the commentary, which runs throughout the entire flash. I saved it. T'was quite fond of it. =}
