Orphan Works Act

Apparently this a Bill being proposed in the USA to safeguard the users of copyrighted works where the copyright holder cannot be identified. I saw on digg.com that there appears to be a campaign headed by a copyright lawyer (surprise surprise!) to oppose this Bill.
