Huge topics like this one tend to load slowly because of the number of posts per page (30). This could be remedied if I reduced this number to 10 sitewide, but then there would be many pages and currently used Drupal system on Libervis.com doesn't jump to last post when paging happens.
All this should be fixed with the pending Drupal upgrade and re-design, but for now here is a way to make topics load faster AND also be much easier to handle.
Find "Comment viewing options" block below the thread and from the first drop down select "Threaded list - collapsed". Alternatively you could have flat collapsed, but then you wouldn't see what replies to what. It looks like this:
