Using IRC?

Does anyone use Internet Relay Chat?

Which servers and places do you like most and why?

What best gnu/linux and free software related servers and channels do you know of or use?

I just joined freenode as i think it could be a great place to host libervis.com IRC channel. As this is a community portal, it gotta have it's IRC channel, right! Eye It is a great way to "communicate" and get to know other people.

You're pretty active there :-)

I am currently hanging out only at #libervis and #linuxforums and sometimes jumping in to some other channels for a short time like #xoops, #xfce and actually whatever interests me at the moment and has the channel open. But mainly it's #libervis and #linuxforums :-)

I hang around Freenode, at places such as #linuxforums, #jedilinux (up and coming distro), force-get (up and coming package manager), #sdousley (some guys irc where we chat about anything).

THough I will have to check out #libervis

I'm always on Freenode. Here are the channels I'm most frequently on:
#linuxforums
#debian
#jedilinux
#hug
#pork
#w3m
#openbsd

Sometimes I'm also on OFTC, but that network is dead for the most part, unfortunately.
