Worshiping white people sounds racist, but a report on something like this could only help the issue so more power to you. However I don't have any knowledge in regards to that unfortunately. I wasn't even aware something like this is still going on, but everything's possible in this world.

The earlier responses are correct, this is not a forum about culture in general, it is about things like this and this.

So if you're looking for information about cultures in which albinos are considered holy (I remember reading something about those years ago, it was interesting but unfortunately on paper which has been recycled by now), you shoul look elsewhere. We're not anthropologists. Good luck!

This site is primarily about freedom, but you are right that your topic is relevant enough considering that we've been having topics even more marginal than this before.

I don't know much about the issue you are talking about, but would be interested in hearing about it if you find out more. If something like worshiping white people is really happening there are a few questions which also relate to freedom issues. Are they being worshiped by force? Why are they being worshiped in the first place? In other words, is it something to worry about or is such a culture living in peace nevertheless (which from our point of view seems a bit hard to believe)?

You're right it's not about culture in general, but since we've been having some general discussions we can let this one go through as well. Of course, it has to be civil or else there's no point.

I remembered just now that both in India and in China lighter skin color is considered more beautiful, and apparently some african americans behave a bit that way too. Interestingly, many Europeans try to get as dark a color as possible in summer.

So I say let everyone marry partners from cultures that are opposite in this aspect, problem solved .

How much does this have to do with freedom? I suppose living in one of those places and having relatively dark skin can be limiting.
