I heard that an unnamed major software vendor from North America has started an advertising campaign along the lines "It Just Working".

I thought it might be a fun idea to start a little campaign myself. This is an image created from the size of the ads used on slashdot.org served from ads.osdn.com. If you don't like the size, I'm working on nother ones. Feel free to use this advertisement to link to the site of your choice.

I am quite fond of www.LinuxISO.org . Just there site needs a re-do in design and the link banners are old... Apart from that, Linux is there and ready for download in ISO images.

Great image there Ashley... Might do something similar myself now...

Thanks for your kind words.

I really couldn't think of any centralised distribution site, and distrowatch was just on the tip of my fingers at the time.
I was going to link to Gentoo, being my distro of choice, but thought it wasn't really the most shining example of Linux ease of use. Then I thought UUbuntu, but I really couldn't be bothered justifying why I chose what, so I just put that.

I'm out all weekend, but I'm considering finishing off soem standard banner sizes. Perhaps you'd care to join me?

Yea, if you want to design some nice banners, sure, I'll see what you're doing and I could mail them to you and visa versa. My email in in my profile.

Btw - it looks like I am going to be making some banners for mozdex.com ... Maybe you'd like to help me with that?
