Re: Double Degrees: Computer Science + ?

These are some of the special features of NewBB2 powered forums.

Here is the newbb2 rc1 announcement thread that says something more about it's features.

I will put the list of features and it's explanations as well as usage tips on our smartfaq where even you all can submit questions to be answered about anything or both question and it's answer (that's what makes it *smart* faq).

Here..

HP - is determined by your average posts per day, the more posts, the greater HP.
MP - is determined by your join date related to your post count.
EXP - This goes up each time you post, and when you get to 100%, you gain a level and the EXP drops to 0 again.

:-)
Thanks
Daniel

Re: Double Degrees: Computer Science + ?

Hi, Rijik!

IM is acronym of Instant Messenger. There is a very nice program you can download to chat with people. It is GAIM wich stands probably for Gnome or Gnu AOL Instant Messenger. Although this program is not endorsed by or affiliated with AOL it is however compatible with many protocols (including AOL's protocol used by AIM). You can take a look here for more information:
http://gaim.sourceforge.net/about.php
If you are using Linux, it may be already installed on your system. Smiling

Cheers and thank you,
Andre
