I don't know about any scripts made specifically for obituaries, but i believe there are many other web systems or scripts you can use for that purpose. You basically need something like a news script which you can use for obituary announcements.

There is a site that lists many Free Software (open source) scripts and even has demos which enable you to test them before downloading and installing. Here is it: http://www.opensourcecms.com
