Why not indeed! Anything is possible so should be that we do an interview with Lawrence Lessig at some point this year. We can always try and ask him. :-)

I know you have plans for / are working on an article about some problems with creative commons... Maybe it's possible to phrase your thoughts and complaints as questions?

Anyhoo, first publish this interview.
It can absolutely be phrazed as questions. Infact, having him answer them would be the best way to address those issues.
But yeah, back to the current job.
